The privvg project builds tools to generate differentially-private synthetic databases from graphical collections of sequence data known as variation graphs. We document our work here, in a series of blog posts and notes, and publish our code under open source licenses for free use by all.
This project is funded through the NGI0 Discovery Fund, a fund established by NLnet with financial support from the European Commission’s Next Generation Internet programme, under the aegis of DG Communications Networks, Content and Technology under grant agreement No 825322.
